Shipping Policy

All orders ship free within the United States. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Subscription orders ship automatically on your chosen schedule (every 30, 60, or 90 days) with the same free shipping.

We currently ship to US addresses only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

To request a refund:

Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions can be cancelled or paused at any time with no fees or commitments. Visit My Subscription, enter your checkout email, and manage everything from your secure customer portal. Cancellations take effect immediately — you will not be billed again.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order email. We'll send a replacement right away at no cost to you.
